        Setting up a new student account

            Your students are now able to log in to Sparx Maths using their Microsoft or Google credentials. Find out more about Single Sign-On in this article: Setting up Single Sign-On

            Setting up a new student account (without Single Sign On)

            1. Go to https://www.sparxmaths.uk/student

            2. Select the school by following the instructions on the screen and select Continue.

            3. Select New user underneath the login fields and follow the steps in the gif below (or alternatively by accessing the PDF at the bottom of the document)


            Some useful tips to note:
            • If a student is having difficulties matching the right credentials, teachers can view them in Student Manager 
            • Usernames are lowercase and will not contain accents, even if these are in the student's name. Double-barreled surnames, however, will retain the hyphen, e.g. jamessmith-jones
            • This password needs to contain at least 6 characters. The screen will inform the student once their password passes this rule
            • If the student has forgotten either their username or password, they can navigate back to retrieve it
