        Why have some of my students disappeared from Sparx overnight?

            Article summary

            If one or more of your students have disappeared from Sparx overnight then it is likely something has been changed in your MIS. Please check the following scenarios: 

            1. Students have been moved to a newly created class

            You will need to import the new class into Sparx by going to Class Manager > Import and Manage Classes > Preview changes

            2. Students have been removed from Sparx altogether

            Speak to your MIS administrator, normally your Network Manager, to find out what has happened

            Any data, such as XP points and completion records will still be linked to student/s once they are returned to your Sparx site
