        If you are a teacher and can't log in, try the following:

        1. Double-check that your Sparx Leader has created an account for you if it's your first time trying to log in
        2. Go to Sparx: https://sparxmaths.com/
        3. Log in as a teacher and check you are signing in to the correct school
        4. Check the spelling of your email address - this will be your school email address
        5. Check your password - did you update it recently for example?
        6. Your account might be temporarily locked due to too many failed sign-in attempts, in which case you will need to wait for a few minutes until your account is unlocked automatically.

        If you have forgotten your password, it is possible to reset this yourself

        • Go to the Teacher login page and click on the Forgotten Sparx Login Details? link underneath the login area.
        • Fill in your email address as instructed and click Reset Sparx password.
        • An automatic email will be sent to your email inbox with a link to set a new password.
