Why can’t I import student data from my school’s Management Information System (MIS)?

If you can't import data from your MIS to Sparx, then it is likely that your MIS integration isn't set up yet. We sometimes give schools access to their Sparx site before the MIS integration has been authorised so teachers can get started planning their lessons and homework.

You can see whether the connection has been approved in your Getting Started steps which you can find on the Dashboard in your Sparx Site, or by clicking on the Support Centre button in the top right of the page.
