      Why aren’t changes made in our MIS showing on Sparx?


        Article summary

        There are two syncs that take place before a school's data reaches Sparx:

        • Wonde (our MIS integration partner) syncs with your MIS roughly once every 4 hours
        • Sparx syncs with Wonde automatically overnight, every night

        If you want to sync any changes in your MIS more quickly than overnight, as long as it has been at least 4 hours since the change was made, you should be able to Preview and then Sync these changes in Class Manager > Import and Manage Classes to bring these changes into your Sparx site.
