If a student forgot their details and requested a password reset, but has since managed to log in, there are two possibilities:
- Another teacher has actioned the reset - any staff member can action all pending password resets with one click on Student Manager. Click here to learn how
- The student has remembered their password and logged in successfully
In either case, this message will be visible on Student Manager by clicking on a student to view their Student Details:
If you use Google or Microsoft in your school then enabling Single Sign On will reduce login issues. Click here for more information about setting up SSO.
