      How can my student log in when I haven't reset their password?


        Article summary

        If a student forgot their details and requested a password reset, but has since managed to log in, there are two possibilities:

        1. Another teacher has actioned the reset - any staff member can action all pending password resets with one click on Student Manager. Click here to learn how
        2. The student has remembered their password and logged in successfully

        In either case, this message will be visible on Student Manager by clicking on a student to view their Student Details:
