Editing a published scheme of learning

        Article summary

        Please Note:
Editing a Scheme of Learning (SoL) that is already in use will result in any manual changes that a teacher may have made in Planner being overridden. If you want to amend homework content for individual classes then we recommend doing this in Planner.
        • To edit a published Scheme of Learning click the Options menu and select Edit.
        • You can make any number of changes to the scheme such as:
          • Adding/removing/rearranging topics within a given week.
          • Dragging topics from one week to another.
          • Move topics, which will allow you to push all of the topics in the week you're on down/up by one week, as well as topics in all subsequent weeks down/up by a week.
          • Turn homework off/on for a given week.
        • When going back, you will notice you have a new Draft version of the SoL underneath the originally published scheme.

        • You can choose to preview the draft version if you want to check you've made the right changes before you've finished, or delete the draft if you no longer require it.
        • Once you are happy with the changes you are going to make, select the Options menu on the draft and select Publish Changes.
