Dashboard Page

The Dashboard is the first screen you see when you log in to your Sparx site. Here we have included links to information, data, and Sparx pages that we think will be of particular use to you at the different stages of your Sparx journey. To get back to this screen at any time simply click Dashboard at the top of the left sidebar. 

There are two tabs on this page which are explained below.

Teacher View

Getting Started Steps 

A quick link to the steps you need to take to set your site up when you first start using Sparx. This will disappear after your site is up and running but you will still be able to access these steps in the Support Centre in the top right of the screen

Sparx Training

A quick link to the Sparx Training modules we provide for all teachers when they first start using Sparx. Completing these means you are better equipped to make the most out of Sparx.

Homework Hand-in

An instant overview of the current homework completion for each of your classes, which you can use to quickly gauge the groups that can be praised and those that may need prompting to complete on time.

Did you know?

Includes a range of useful information, from reminders and notifications to tips from our community.

Department View

Sparx Usage

See the growing total number of questions students have answered correctly or how many learning hours have been completed in your school and share this with your community. This data refreshes every weekday at 6am UTC. 

Praise from last week

Identify who to praise across the school, from individual students to whole classes and year groups. This data refreshes every Monday at 6am.

Homework hand-in

See how all classes in the department are doing on this week's homework & how many students haven't started their compulsory homework this week You can use this data to involve staff members such as class tutors - this section of the page is live and constantly updating.
