      Changing a staff member's email address


        Article summary

        To amend an email address for a teacher:

        1. Go to the Management menu on the left-hand side of the dashboard
        2. Click Staff Manager 
        3. Edit the relevant teacher using the pencil icon next to their name and input the amended address.
        4. Remember to save your changes.

        For users who have access to Sparx across multiple schools, only they can change their email address. If they have any issues doing this they should contact us via the Help and Support button in the top right corner of the screen.
